AMSOIL Heavy-Duty Antifreeze & Coolant
AMSOIL Antifreeze & Coolant provides superior heat transfer and excellent protection against corrosion, cylinder liner cavitation, freezing, and boil-over. It is compatible with all colors of antifreeze and coolant, as well as various plastics and elastomers (such as hoses and gaskets) found in cooling systems. It offers exceptional protection for aluminum, steel, cast iron, copper, brass, and solder alloys.
It features a complete formulation and does not require the use of additional supplemental coolant additives (SCAs) or extenders. It provides protection for up to 1,000,000 miles, 20,000 hours of operation, or 8 years, whichever comes first. It comes in a pre-mixed 50/50 ethylene glycol formulation. Its enhanced hybrid organic acid technology (HOAT) formula includes anti-scale and anti-deposit additives, as well as water pump protection. It is free from phosphates, nitrites, silicates, borates, and amines.
